This month's beady project is coming along nicely! Time consuming, but I'm really enjoying it! I've been practicing my bead embroidery on the letters, and I've started making some French beaded flowers (still to be finished and attached--) I think at this point, I am about half way through--please leave comments and let me know what you think and any suggestions!

Merry Meet, Friend! Thank you for your wonderful comments on my blog. I am always happy to find new bloggers to share my art journey with! :)
This arch is really beautifull so far! The colors are really striking and the face so appealing! With the beading I'm sure it is full of wonderful texture, too. Yum. I'm looking forward to seeing it completed! And congratulations on the first step towards your year long project! You can do it!
Magical Hugs, Tamara

I think that your lady is just beautiful!!!The colors are fabulous and I can't wait to see her all finished!! I think that it is great that you have joined the BJP, I have been wanting to but this time of year is always so hectic for me with creating for sales. Perhaps I will sign on inSeptember.

Good work, Maria!!! Mabon's magical days, the Autumn Equinox, are just about here and she is nearly ready! I love the way you beaded the letters! I bet the piece is much more textural and layered than it appears in the photo. The wheel and elements will make a great structure for your BJP pages. Also I really like the arch idea!

Suggestions? You don't need any. You are doing super all by yourself.
How did you do her face? She is really beautiful. Did you draw it yourself?
