GPP Street Team challenge this month is to create "love letters"--to be exact, the letters "x" and "o"
---inspired by some of Michelle's hand carved stamps, i cut out some stencil letters in a "gothic" sort of font and used black ink on red cardstock to create both positive and negative images. i outlined some of the letters and then stamped text here and there...

Maria - I spy Xs and Os like mine, but you have done your own thing with them. VERY COOL! Love the positive/negative effect, and the outlines on some of them. And of course the colors...swoon! Thanks for sharing with the team.
I love the goth feel of this artwork. The colors work so well. Well Done. And thank you for the wonderful comment you left in my blog. Much appreciated. :)
This is really nice. I love the font you used. Magical!
Stopped by from Michelle's Street Team
I like the kind of font you made and used
Very cool letters and colors, fantastic you made them yourself!
I really like your Gothic letters.
This is wonderful! I love the black on red, so dramatic and . . . yet subtle, too. The gothic is cool and the outline is a nice touch.
Very nice! Nice job carving that stamp. I never manage to di such a good job ...hmmm
These x's and o's are beautiful! Very original.
Beautiful - makes me want to touch it. Looks like velvet.
Oooh so dark and lush. Love it. The positive negative stamping is wonderful. xoSusan
